Residential Basic and Residential Light Commercial Building Contractors must take at least 50% of their continuing education hours as a LIVE class/webinar.
This means that Residential Basic Contractors need 3 hours of LIVE continuing education over 2 years, and Residential Light Commercial Contractors need 6 hours of LIVE continuing education over 2 years.
If you have not met this requirement yet please do not register for our On Demand Webinar at the moment. We are offering Live Webinars every Wednesday at 4 pm throughout the license renewal period to meet this requirement.

This does not apply to Plumbing, Electrical, Conditioned Air, and Septic System contractors. These licenses can take any variety of LIVE or On Demand classes.
